For airline pilots
Find the cross-base or cross-airline friend your roster keeps missing—without comparing every pairing by hand or asking every group chat who is around.
Arrive. Connect. Elevate.
Meet You When I Land (MYWIL) quietly surfaces useful city and airport overlaps inside your trusted circle, so a routine layover can become coffee, dinner, a drink, or a proper catch-up.
Compare the travel windows you choose to share.
Accepted connections—not public stranger discovery.
Limited, useful signals instead of constant pings.
How MYWIL works
Same city is not enough—timing matters. MYWIL compares useful travel windows inside a private network and keeps scheduled possibilities distinct from live-confirmed overlaps.
Build your trusted circle
Add people you already know. Both people participate and accept the connection before an overlap can be shared.
Add the windows you want compared
Share relevant layovers, overnights, deadheads, commutes, or trips. MYWIL uses normalized availability—not a public copy of your roster.
See a scheduled possibility
When place and timing line up, MYWIL can surface the overlap early enough for both friends to decide whether a plan is realistic.
Confirm when it matters
Use available confirmation controls when plans move. Optional Smart Arrival can use a limited airport-area check near an upcoming layover; scheduled matching still works when it is off.
Turn the window into a plan
One useful signal can become airport coffee, dinner after bags-down, a walk, or twenty good minutes with someone worth seeing.
Built around the missed-overlap problem
Travel already brings your paths close. MYWIL makes the useful overlap visible while there is still time to act on it.
Find the cross-base or cross-airline friend your roster keeps missing—without comparing every pairing by hand or asking every group chat who is around.
Turn the overnight you were going to scroll through into coffee, dinner, or a catch-up with someone already in your trusted circle.
Know when a friend or colleague shares your city and a realistic free window, even when neither of you knew to ask.
Private by design
MYWIL is designed around accepted connections and useful city- or airport-level context—not a public map of strangers or a precise trail of your movements.

Frequently asked questions
The short version: a private circle, useful travel windows, clear overlap context, and one next step.
Meet You When I Land (MYWIL) is a private layover network. It compares the travel windows shared by accepted friends and surfaces useful same-city or same-airport overlaps while there is still time to make a plan.
Add the travel windows you want compared. MYWIL looks for compatible timing and place inside your trusted circle and describes a schedule-derived opportunity as scheduled. When the current app version and available signals support confirmation, MYWIL can distinguish a live-confirmed overlap.
No. MYWIL uses the normalized travel and availability windows needed for overlap matching. It is not a public roster board, and only accepted connections can receive relevant overlap context.
Friends receive useful city- or airport-level overlap context rather than a precise live pin by default. Device-level location use, when enabled, follows your permissions, settings, and MYWIL’s privacy controls.
MYWIL is designed schedule-first, so scheduled matching works without Smart Arrival. When enabled, Smart Arrival can use background geofences near upcoming layover airports for a limited arrival check. Actual impact varies by device, settings, and permissions.
It is designed first for airline pilots and cabin crew, including cross-base and cross-airline friendships. Frequent travelers and the trusted friends around them can use the same private overlap model.
